The Gospel of Jesus Christ which has been committed to us is still largely unknown and misunderstood by many, even Christians. This accounts for the failure, lack, poverty, frustrations, sicknesses, and other challenges that many face: where they have a conflict between what the Word says, and their own personal experiences. This causes questions to arise in their hearts. It’s like someone who finds some terrible symptoms of sickness welling up in his body and wonders why there’s no change, in spite of what he knows and believes in the Word.
