I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. – 1 John 5:13
It is critical that we know what God has done for us in Christ Jesus. It is finished (John 19:30); that is past tense. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption… (2 Peter 1:3-4). His word is truth (John 17:17); apprehending it, followers of Jesus Christ live His divine life now. Note Philemon verse 6: I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. Note that we have this divine life within us now. It is for us to know His word on this, to have a full understanding of what He has given us in Christ so that we apply and live these glorious truths to the full measure now.
Praise God, His Word is omnipotent! It performs itself through those who know and believe it; we are His living epistles. The Word became flesh 2,000 years ago, and we are the members of His Body today. Christ lives and is victorious as He walks the earth in our flesh today. Oh, we must KNOW His Word and stand firm in it; we must not be intimidated by the darkness, but go forth boldly to expel it by speaking the glorious Word in faith with great joy! Praise God for delivering us from all strongholds with His omnipotent Word! The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments, and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Hallelujah!
As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields its seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. (Isaiah 55:10-12). Praise the Lord!!
Speaking forth these glorious and powerful liberating truths with you with great joy, your sister deanna

Forgive me for not seeing and responding to this before now. I praise God for allowing us to participate with Him in such work, and am humbled, Debbie. May God continue to bless us herein. My desire is to do only what He is doing; would you (and all other saints reading this) please pray that I always apprehend only that for which He has apprehended me? I love the freedom and fruit of being moved by His hand alone. Many thanks! 💕
