  1. For this very purpose is why the enemy fights believers and continuously seeks who he may destroy. We all still live in a fleshy body that is tempted often. Some of us fall to the receipt even though Christ lives in us. That constant war to keep the flesh under subjection and continually allow the light of Christ to shine. This can feel so overwhelming at times. It use to for me especially as a new believer. I still struggled with my old sinful nature. But when I consider myself today I’ve grown in him by leaps and bounds and continue to make a transformation. When slip even in subtly with my tongue and actions, conviction comes instantly to remind me whose I am and who I am representing. I so love this walk. Although not always easy but no other way shall I live. Great post Deanna.
