It Is Finished! Now Know, Believe, and Receive the Grace

My present burden is for all of you dear brothers and sisters in Christ to quit praying for God to heal you from your diseases and infirmities and RECEIVE THE HEALING our loving heavenly Father already procured at infinite cost through the life of His Son, Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago!

Yes, His word is that you have already been healed. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him (2Peter 1:3). He has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). That includes physical healing as well as spiritual. That includes physical and mental health.

I pray that the eyes of your hearts be enlightened to learn and KNOW God’s glorious word on the matter and appropriate it; that you BELIEVE it and SPEAK truth to the lies!* Yes, that’s right – disease is a lie, at least, it has been for the past 2,000 years, for it is a curse, and Jesus Christ bore the curse on the tree (see Deut. 28; Gal. 3:10,13). You must be made new in the attitude of your minds (Eph. 4:23). Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:1-2)

Dig into the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit will reveal His glorious truths to you about this. I will start you off with these: It is finished. (John 19:30). By the precious blood of Jesus Christ your sins are forgiven; By his wounds you have been healed. (1Peter 2:24, emphasis added). KNOW this, BELIEVE this, and SPEAK it aloud KNOWING the power of the spoken word!

We live by faith, not by sight. (Gal. 5:7). Do not fixate on the very real physical symptoms – we must fix our eyes on Jesus, on what He already accomplished for us and live by faith!

Watchman Nee once relayed a story of Fact, Faith, and Experience walking on the top of a high and narrow wall. Fact walked straight on ahead without any difficulty. Faith walked straight ahead so long as he kept his eyes on Fact; as soon as Faith removed his gaze from Fact and turned around to see how Experience was doing, Faith lost his balance and fell off the wall. Of course, Experience fell off right along with Faith.

Our symptoms are indeed real, but, just like demons, they bow down to Jesus when we know, believe, and speak forth the truth / walk by faith!

I encourage you to press into His word on the matter. You might start by meditating on the three gospel accounts of Jesus’ healing of a paralytic and His words recorded shortly thereafter: Matthew 9:1-8, 12-13; Mark 2:3-12; 17; Luke 5:17-26, 31-32. Note that the righteous are healthy, and do not need a doctor; in Christ, we are righteous, we are healthy, and we do not need a doctor – He Himself is our Healing, our Health, our Health Insurance. And yes, God has seen to it that you are being told these liberating truths today by a physician who has considerable experiential knowledge of them by grace through faith in Christ her Lord! Hallelujah!

Lastly, remember to SPEAK aloud the word of God on the matter – you are addressing powers in the spiritual realm, and you are increasing your faith: faith comes from HEARING the word of God (Romans 10:17).
